yumm。|| Strawberry Bread Pudding ||



In the cold weather, I enjoy cooking or baking in the warm kitchen. This dessert is the very first one I learned. It's really easy to handle, a very good one for the beginners. Join me and bake some to warm yourself up with some sweetness.


冷冷的天, 我喜歡待在溫暖的廚房煮東西。這個甜點是我第一個學會的, 很簡單也很快速, 對於初學者來說會很有成就感。跟著以下的步驟, 讓這個冬天可以甜甜又暖暖的。


—Recipe for Strawberry Bread Pudding—


Toast x 2-3/Milk 150ml/Single Cream 50ml /Egg x2/Sugar/Strawberry x8-10/ A bit of butter


土司一到兩片/牛奶 150ml/鮮奶油 50ml/蛋兩顆/砂糖少許/草莓8到10粒/ 一點點黃油




Whisk an egg and sugar together in a bowl.


用打蛋器把雞蛋還有糖攪拌均勻。




Mix the cream and the milk together in a pan and heat it to slightly boiled. You can add a bit of baileys if you want. (wink)


把鮮奶油還有牛奶混合後加熱到些許沸騰。你可以加一點百利酒增添點風味(眨眼)。接著慢慢的將步驟一加進步驟二裡。




Prepare the pudding cup, wipe some butter inside the cup. Then put in the slice of strawberries and toasts, and pull in the pudding liquid in the end. Pre heat the oven in 180 degree and cook them for 50 mins. Serve Hot.


準備好小碗, 在碗內抹上一點點黃油後, 放進草莓丁跟土司丁, 之後淋上布丁液。烤箱預熱180度, 烤50分鐘。熱熱吃最好吃!
