there。|| upgrade with WHYCHATCHAT, 想飛 ||

一直下閃電雷雨的上海, 週末好多活動都不想去, 但看到朋友舉辦的簡報課程, 二話不說就報名參加了。之前有參加過大班老師的keynote簡報製作課程, 很喜歡他的教學方式。生動/活潑/專業。這次參加的是幾位好朋友在台灣創立的：想飛 WHYCHATCHAT的簡報製作課程。林大班老師之前都一直在學學文創做講師, 還有擔任蘋果教學培訓師。在派來上海工作後也一直有很多演講經歷, 專業度和熱忱都滿分。這次的場地DEMO CAFE也是我在上海一直很推薦的咖啡廳之一, 整棟老房子改建的多功能咖啡廳, 本來就會在三樓有很多好玩的活動。平時來二樓喝咖啡聊是非或是在一樓大桌子下開會聚餐也特別有情調。現在大班老師要回台灣了, 但還是會有機會回來上海演講～有興趣的朋友可以關注想飛的微博噢！

Shanghai has being storming and pouring for weeks now, makes me wanna stay home. But when my dear friend told me about this Presentation Preparation Talk, I said YES right away. Mr. Ben is the host, I have been to several of his talk already, love the way he does the presentation: interactive/ enjoyable/ professional. The one I went this time was organized by a Taiwanese Organization called WHYCHATCHAT. The place that taken place was DEMO CAFE, one of my favorite cafe in Shanghai. This cafe is in an old lovely building, from ground floor to roof top, each floor has its special function. You can have a meeting or friends/family reunion at the ground floor with the big table. Then you also can have a quite time of your own on the 2nd floor. 3rd floor is for events, they hold quite a lot interesting events. That afternoon with Mr. Ben was fulfilled and full of fun. If you are ever interesting in upgrading your skills in talking and presentation making, fellow WHYCHATCHAT's Weibo, they have both event hold in Taiwan and China, stay tuned!

剛上班時的我會告訴自己, 至少一周要練習“踩高蹺”兩次。現在在忙碌的工作中還有新的運動風趨勢下, 我漸漸變成穿球鞋/平底鞋多過高跟鞋。這次服裝周的裝扮雖然和上次一樣都是以黑色蕾絲洋裝為主, 但用不同的配飾去詮釋不同的心境與感觸。這季服裝周的街拍相對也比較活潑, 好多顏色跟幾何圖案, 多了點童趣少了點嚴肅。誰說盛裝時不能穿運動鞋？！我用跳躍的腳尖告訴你們, 只要穿起來有自信, 夠自在, 就算你不是Susie Bubble, (或是有個媽在你出門前說：裙子加運動鞋好奇怪啦）你還是可以舒舒服服的穿出自己的風格。

When I start working in the office, I told myself I should practice wearing heels at least twice a week. It didn't last long. Thanks to the Ballerina trend and Sporty trend, I end up with wearing cool flats or trainers everyday. As for this Fashion Week outfit, still wearing Black Dress as base (see last one here) but had a play with colors and my new NB. Felt so much cheerful and less serious this time, and when I look around, people are dressing in trainers too with colors too. What a Coincidence. PLAYFUL was the Theme. Well who said you can't dress up with trainer? (except my mom we shakes her head every time she saw me wearing it with dress or skirt) I am jumping high with my tip toe and telling you: The outfit you wear should makes you happy and cheerful, then you add your secret ingredient that's call CONFIDENCE. You don't have to be Sussie Bubble, but you can still wear whatever you like to be comfort and stylish, or should I say, BE YOU.

there。||Spotty Dotty Shanghai 可圈可點上海行||

活動很多的上海從去年開始就讓我應接不暇（這跟交對好朋友有很大關係呦哈哈）本來要在年底看的大展：草間彌生：我的一個夢, 也被我硬生生的移到了今年才去。（好險它展到三月, 大家可以慢慢來）因為DIOR大展的人擠人經驗, 我跟朋友這次就約了週末一大清早去排隊, 果真早起的鳥就是比較幸運, 只用了60分鐘就把展覽看完了。好多好多各式各樣的點點, 有的可愛有的神秘有的真的是很壯觀。點點就跟條紋一樣是印花裡經典中的經典, 加上草間彌生的無限創意與奇怪的令人驚嘆的幻覺, 讓整個展覽在上海幾乎是周周爆棚。

Shanghai has been packed with lots of exhibition and fun last year (well, that really has something to do with making a good friends with right people haha) Was planed to see Yayoi Kusama's 'A Dream I Dream' on Dec, but end up rain checked it to this Jan. (Take you time, no rush, it ends on March, 2014) Because of the experience with Dior so me and my friends decided to went early morning on this one, so luckily we can finish the whole tour within an hour without lots of queuing. It was like entering a big big collation of dots, some are adorable, some are mysterious, and most of them are spectacular indeed. Dots are like Strips are very classic patterns, but with Yayoi Kusama's extraordinary imaginations and creations, it makes the exhibition a really hit now in Shanghai.

都說是可圈可點的上海了, 當然看完了草間彌生的點點後吃了pizza (也是圓的!）就來靜安寺鬧區的10 CORSO COMO來看另一個從頭圈到尾的上海時尚新景點。這個從意大利來的買手概念店從建築外牆, 玻璃裝飾, 水泥地板, 茶具餐桌沙發......全部都是圓圓的圈圈。若要以風水角度來看, 的確是圓圓滿滿。初到這裡可以先到裡面逛逛前三層的精品還有四樓的迷你展覽後回到一樓用下午茶, 坐在圓桌圓椅上享用鐵壺泡出來的茶, 感受上海豐富多彩的東西方異國文化～

Already title it with "Spotty Dotty Shanghai', of course after Yayoi Kusama's exhibition and a nice pizza for lunch (another round object!) we headed to another hit spot here in Shanghai, 10 CORSO COMO,  located in Jingan District. This Italian concept store has the theme of 'round' all over the building, from the wall, the glass decor, floor, the table, chair and sofa, everything. We start our tour with wondering the first 3 floors which are full of beautiful selected designer pieces, and at 4th floor, there is always a mini exhibit you can look around. Then finally go back to the first floor, where you can find a little cafe.  Enjoying the tea which comes with iron tea pot,  while sitting there, feel the magnificent experiences you can got between those imported eastern and western cultures, all in the city of Shanghai.

there。Sanghai || The art of everyday life ||

當我在讀設計的時候, 導師們常常告訴我們要感激生活的每一個小細節, 並且觀察其中的美。這兩位藝術家Kaarina Kaikkonen 和 Sivan Askayo明顯的都覺得“曬衣服”這件事很有美感。（話說在上海, 曬衣服這件事也是一個很有影響力的文化呢！哈哈）日常生活/物件與空間之間的關係, 在這裡表現得很細緻也很有規律。現在至2013/10/08之前你都有機會到上海的K11地下三樓的Chi藝文空間 去看Kaarina Kaikkonen的作品, 去體驗幾百件舊衣“齊放”的震撼！

When I was studying art, we have been taught to appreciate everyday life and observe the beauty within it. Both artists, Kaarina Kaikkonen and Sivan Askayo found the beauty within the wire and the clothes. （Apparently, in Shanghai,  drying the clothes is kinda a massive street art! haha) The art between ordinary life/object and the space has create something so delicate and organized. Now till 8th of October, you have the chance to see Kaarina Kaikkonen's work  at Chi K11 in Shanghai andand WOOO it when you see the massive installation.

where。|| Seesaw Coffee, Shanghai ||

 

不管在哪個城市, 週末喝咖啡聊是非的文化無所不在。我在這個部落格也介紹了幾家上海有特色的咖啡館, 走的都是復古路線, 這一個把我拉回了水泥叢林, 但我卻也能感到自在放鬆。坐落在靜安設計中心內, 在大廳裡的Seesaw Coffee好像是這裡辦公的人唯一的慰藉。飄著咖啡香, 配上巨大的天井透光, 在這裡工作就像隻身天堂。第二次造訪帶上電腦的我也默默地坐上了4個小時編輯圖片跟文稿。在家聽coffitifity久了也會想實際感受cafe裡能令人專注的獨特氛圍嘈雜聲。這裡的咖啡,內行人喝了都說很純很專業, 第一次來對於他沒有賣茶有點失望的我, 喝著朋友點的咖啡, 不放任何糖與奶, 帶點酒香的kanya讓我愛上了這裡的一切。（平日不喝咖啡的我喝了這杯也不暈也沒有不舒服）這裡也會不定期舉辦咖啡研習, 喜歡咖啡的朋友來上海真的不要錯過這家cafe。

Wherever you are, going to a cafe, drinking coffee and gossiping in the weekend is the must-do in all the cities. I've post some cafe in shanghai, but most of them are in retro styles. This one, pull me back into this concrete jungle, but strangely I feel quite safe and relaxed here. Seesaw coffee is in Jingan design center and located in the lobby. With the smell of coffee and the lights from the huge windows on the roof, it feels like working in heaven here. My 2nd visit, I was with my laptop working on editing images and posts, I sat for 4 hours, concentrate! That's how a cafe does the magic with the smell and the unique noises that makes you focused! (also how coffitivity works) The coffee here, drunk by the coffee lovers, says they are made with professions and passions. I was a bit disappointed that they don't really sell tea here, but while had a sip of my friends drink, without any sugar and milk, I fall in love with Kanya immediately. (I don't drink coffee, but this one makes me feel good) If you are also a coffee lover, this place also have the coffee seminar occasionally. Please put this cafe into your must-go in Shanghai, believe me, you won't regret it.

Pieces。|| Summer Traffic Light?! MAY. 初夏. 2013 ||

When I was looking at my May Instagram, The colour combination looks like traffic light: Red, Yellow and Green. It also reflects my mood: Lost, Find and Grateful. The feeling of lost makes me stop chasing and think about what really matters (Red). In the last month, I met peoples and I found there is still ways to make my dream works now, all i need is a bit of faith in it (Green). Also I feel like I need to be focus on what I was being given, what I got right now and feel grateful about them all (Yellow).

看看我五月份的Instagram, 整個色調就像紅綠燈一樣：紅黃綠。似乎也表現出我整個五月的心情：失去, 找回, 和感激。失去的感覺, 讓我停止追逐沒有意義的一切, 轉而思考什麼才是重要的, 可以讓我奮不顧身的（紅燈）。我在這個月中遇見了新朋友, 一個讓我覺得夢想好像真的不遠的信念也離我好近, 而我唯一需要做的就是去相信它！（綠燈）現在的我慢慢能專心在我所擁有的一切事物上, 因為想太多未知的未來令我無助, 所以我只用心在“現在”, 感激我身邊的一切。

vola! outfit。|| December Essentials ||

In shanghai, all the xmas decorations are all out on the streets in the last few days. However, not everyone celebrate the holiday in the religious way, instead we like to spend the night with close friends and family. This year, I did not only buy a tree and decorate it into RED,I also stoked two bottle of mulled wine for celebration and bought myself a "Keep Calm" candle to comfort myself from the hard working year~

在上海, 這幾天幾乎每條大街都裝飾上濃濃的聖誕氣氛. 在這樣的節日裡, 我們比較傾向和朋友家人們相聚多於這節慶原本的宗教意義。對我而言, 每年的聖誕節我要不就不過（閒麻煩或耍任性哈）要不我就和家人或最好的朋友們在家吃吃喝喝很溫馨的渡過一晚。而今年我不僅買了顆小聖誕樹（還裝飾的紅通通的）還買了兩瓶香料熱紅酒跟一個Origins的舒緩精油蠟燭給自己當作今年努力工作的獎勵～

December, is not only the holiday season of the year, is also the beginning of the winter, so in the cold season like this in shanghai, I can not leave the house without my knitted hat, scarf and wool/padding coats. Or like my sister, Trista, who is more casual wears sweater, down jacket and coloured accessories to touch up the whole outfit.

12月, 不僅僅只是個節慶味濃厚的月份, 更是冬季正式到來的月份。所以在這樣冷颼颼的天氣裡我無法離開毛線帽, 圍巾, 還有暖暖的羊毛/鋪棉大衣。或是像我妹Trista, 她喜歡更加休閒的風格: 粗針毛衣, 羽絨服, 還有色彩鮮艷的配件來提高整的造型的亮度。

This year, my new favourite coat is this grey padding trench. A little bit oversized, with a belt that can wrap me up and the padding keeps me very warm in the windy freezing weather. A nice tone of grey that can actually go with all my favourite colour: navy blue and red. As for the coat category, I am satisfied for this winter.

今年我的大衣新歡是這一件灰色的鋪棉風衣, 有一點點寬鬆, 還有一條腰帶可以在風大的時候把自己緊緊的包在這個鋪棉大衣裡, 就像裹在被窩裡一樣溫暖！加上這件大衣的灰很好搭配其他我最愛的顏色：深藍還有紅。所以總而言之, 就大衣而言, 今年冬天有它我就滿足了！
