As the book says, start everything now(or every monday).
so i start something that i have been thinking doing for so long,
jogging
in
the morning。
the nite before, i went to bed early, so i could wake up at 6:15.
i did, and i feels great!
its the rush of satisfaction
the rush of achievement
that makes me happy
it also makes my breakfast much more tasty!
書裡有說:有想法就馬上去做 (或從每個星期一開始)
所以我做了一件心中幻想已久的一件事
早起
慢跑
前一天晚上我還特別早睡
為了能在6:15起床
早上的空氣特別好
雖然只是短短的20分鐘慢跑
流過汗洗過澡
感覺這樣開始一天真的好熱血
很有成就感
也很滿足
早餐也變得好好吃!
很簡單的滿足自己的需求就可以帶來一整天的快樂
真是值得
